I’m a passionate user experience designer with over
15 years of expertise in product, interaction, and
visual design. I’m fascinated by people’s behaviors
and interactions, and my goal is to deliver valuable
products to people.

I’ve interviewed users around the globe, facilitated
and led ideation workshops, have covered countless
rooms with sketches and post-its, and I still feel lucky
enough to approach my work with a beginner’s
fascination and excitement.

As a design manager, I’ve built and led several teams
of UX and UI designers, guiding them through the
process of research, interaction, and visual design, up
to usability testing and success validation.

Design thinking and UCD (user-centered) are
approaches and methodologies that I introduce and
promote within organizations striving to create a
customer-centric culture.
